This table provides information on the consensus MS/MS clusters identified through molecular networking analysis using GNPS. Each cluster represents a group of MS/MS spectra with similar fragmentation patterns, corresponding to a putative unique metabolite or structurally related compounds. The table includes the cluster index, consensus precursor m/z, retention time, number of spectra per cluster, and the number of unique sample files contributing to each cluster. (XLSX)
