Building land prices in Euro/m² in Styria

The building plots table lists average prices for buildable land in all Styrian municipalities (as of 2015-2019 area level in 2020, prior to 2015-2019). Municipalities with a small number of transactions are summarised in the calculation taking into account location and price criteria. For the purposes of delimiting the building land from agricultural and forestry land or other land use, information on opened construction projects is used by the building and housing register. The data is based on the purchases of land by private households.
