Chemical, temperature, and other data were collected from the PROFESSOR VIZE and MIKHAIL SOMOV in the Southern Oceans from December 12, 1967 to March 12, 1987. Data were collected by the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute. Additional funding for digitizing historic data was provided by GODAR.
