TeXFix-Bench v0.3: An Audited Synthetic Benchmark for Single-Fault LaTeX Compilation Repair

TeXFix-Bench v0.3 is a synthetic benchmark for full-source, single-fault LaTeX compilation repair under a pinned local engine (Tectonic 0.17.0). This archive contains: frozen hard/soft census (300 hard + 65 soft instances from 13 seeds); protocol, scoring schemas, and dated model/route registry snapshots; full intention-to-treat hosted evaluation (8,760 logical requests); local engine evaluation and scoring reports; non-LLM baselines; harness code to regenerate paper tables offline.
