湖泊硅藻数据库数据（1998-2019年；273个样本）

在我国西南地区、青藏高原和长江中下游地区273个湖泊获取表层沉积物样品，利用硅藻标准分析鉴定方法，获取湖泊现代生物硅藻指标，利用三维方程和ArcGis方法估算面上湖泊数据库中的年均温度、夏季温度、冬季温度数据；建立了西南地区区域现代湖泊硅藻-气候环境数据库。

Surface sediment samples were collected from 273 lakes across Southwest China, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Modern biological diatom indices of the lakes were obtained using standard diatom analysis and identification methods. Mean annual temperature, summer temperature and winter temperature within the spatial lake database were estimated via three-dimensional equations and ArcGIS techniques. A regional modern lake diatom-climate environmental database for Southwest China was subsequently established.
