T lymphocytes play critical roles in adaptive immunity via specifically recognizing diverse antigens and eliminate infected cells through highly diverse T cell receptors (TCRs). Here, we developed AntiSPencoder, which models CDR3 or antigen peptide amino acid sequences as low-dimensional features. The codes of AntiSPencoder and corresponding data were provided here in this study.
