Three-Dimensional Cell Culture as an Alternative Experimental Model for Vaccine Development and Preclinical Evaluation: A Systematic Review

Supplementary materials for the systematic review entitled “Three-Dimensional Cell Culture as an Alternative Experimental Model for Vaccine Development and Preclinical Evaluation: A Systematic Review.” This repository provides the supporting materials for the review, including the complete search strategies for all databases, study selection records, data extraction tables, and methodological appraisal of the included studies. These materials document the review methodology and findings, supporting transparency, reproducibility, and independent assessment of the evidence on the application of 3D cell culture models, including spheroids, organoids, and organ-on-a-chip (OoC) systems, in vaccine development and preclinical evaluation.
