Metabolomic Profiling and Identification of Potential Biomarkers in Borrelia garinii-Induced Lyme Disease raw datas

A total of 120 SPF Balb/c mice were divided into eight groups (7, 15, 21, 30 days post infection) for both the experimental groups and the control groups, seven organ samples (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, and joint) were collected from each mice. Untargeted metabolomics sequencing was conducted at four different time points for seven organs from each mouse.
