ecospec hyperspectral imaging segmentation - sample data and networks

This document contains the following files:

XXX_mask.npy: an numpy file containing a numerical mask of an aligned ecoFab image highlight the area where we expect plants to be present / not present.

new_network_XXX.pt: a pytorch file (torch.load) containing a trained network. Refer to the ecospec package (https://github.com/phzwart/ecospec/) for more details.

sample_data.tar.bz2: a zipped tarball with data, can be read in using the ecpospec multimodal dataset class (ecospec.core.spectral_data_object.MultimodalDataset)
