本数据集采集于1条400d/天垃圾焚烧生产线现场采集的生产数据和废气原始排放数据。生产数据主要有燃烧温度、炉排速度、一次风二次风风门、反应塔控制参数等。废气原始排放数据指在余热锅炉废气进口测量,包括对颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氯化氢、一氧化碳和氨的实测浓度、排放浓度、排放速率的测量。在现场采样过程中,基本保持机组负荷稳定,空气污染控制设备稳定运行,生产数据和废气原始排放数据,实时导入模型进行分析。现场采样期间,通过第三方实测采集结果对照模型预测效果,从而得出模型准确率。数据及大小为7.45MB
This dataset is collected from on-site production data and raw exhaust emission data obtained from a single 400-ton-per-day waste incineration production line. The production data mainly includes combustion temperature, grate speed, primary and secondary air damper settings, control parameters of the reaction tower, and other relevant indicators. The raw exhaust emission data is measured at the exhaust gas inlet of the waste heat boiler, covering the measured concentration, emission concentration and emission rate of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide and ammonia. During the on-site sampling period, the unit load and the operation of the air pollution control equipment were basically kept stable, and the production data and raw exhaust emission data were imported into the model for real-time analysis. The model accuracy was calculated by comparing the model's prediction results with third-party measured sampling results during the on-site sampling period. The total size of this dataset is 7.45 MB.
