This dataset is a growing-season NDVI and vegetation phenology dataset for the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau spanning the 20-year period from 2001 to 2020. The data is sourced from the MODIS (MOD13A2) product, with a spatial resolution of 1 km. The dataset includes: annual average NDVI during the growing season (May–September), start of growing season (SOS), end of growing season (EOS), and length of growing season (DOS) for each year between 2001 and 2020. Two methods were employed for phenology extraction: the dynamic threshold method and the double logarithmic function method. The data is stored in TIFF format, using the Sphere_ARC_INFO_Lambert_Azimuthal_Equal_Area projection.
