RNA-seq of gut tissues from nociceptor-ablated mice

The goal of this RNA-Seq study was to analyze transcripts in gut epithelial cells from nociceptor-ablated mice. To ablate nociceptors, Nav1.8-Cre mice were bred with Rosa26-Diptheria toxin (DTA-floxed) mice to generate Nav1.8-Cre/DTA reporter progeny, where Nav1.8-lineage sensory neurons are ablated during development (Cre+ mice) compared with nociceptor-sufficient control littermates (Cre- mice). This dataset contains:-Epithelial cells from the ileum in uninfected mice (4 Cre-, 4 Cre+)-Epithelial cells from the colon in uninfected mice (4 Cre-, 4 Cre+)
