The project aims to utilize whole genome sequencing data obtained from Florida panthers (Puma concolor coryi) within the Greater Everglades region. This data will be used to conduct comprehensive landscape genomic analyses, with a specific focus on comparing whole genomes derived from populations of white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) that coexist within overlapping habitats.
