Comprehensive Dataset of Interactors for the Entire PARP Family Using TurboID Proximity Labeling

We present a comprehensive proteomic dataset of binding proteins for all 17 members of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) family, generated using the TurboID proximity labeling technique in HEK293T cells under controlled conditions. This dataset encompasses 6,325 proteins that interact with PARPs, providing valuable insights into the collaborative roles of PARP family members in cellular processes. The data include detailed protein interaction information and are available in a publicly accessible repository, facilitating reuse and further analysis by the research community.
