A common challenge encountered by the retail industry in customer management is that consumers often make only one-off purchases, making it difficult to convert them into tightly bonded loyal members. Therefore, there is a desire to enhance consumers' repurchase intention through marketing campaigns, so as to build deeper and more stable connections between merchants and their members.
