Controlling False Discovery in CRISPR Screens

This dataset supports "Controlling False Discovery in CRISPR screens," which introduced a new module for the Chronos algorithm to assess statistical significance for common research questions in CRISPR screens. It includes two notebooks, HitcallingComparisons.ipynb and HitcallingCB2.ipynb, which together run the Chronos algorithms and competing algorithms on different sets of data and generate the figures used in the manuscript. The input data is divided by screen source, with the zipped directory Achilles containing data from the six Achilles screens used and DeWeirdtRaw the data from DeWeirdt et al (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-14620-6).
