Process Model of Shared Leadership Development: Antecedents, socially constructed interactions and derived practices

How is shared leadership practiced? To answer this questions, we conducted three focus groups in Austria in November 2023 with shared leadership teams from industry, a university and in professional cycling sport. This dataset shows the evaluation (codes) in MAXQDA. Finally we developed a Process Model of Shared Leadership Development.
