Lake water quality data in China

This dataset is associated with the following publication:Tong Y., Zhao F., Huang Z., et al. (2026). The Innovation Geoscience 4:100215. https://doi.org/10.59717/j.xinn-geo.2026.100215 The data contains three documents. The first one ("Supplementary Data S1.xls") includes the basic information of all the 99 lakes in China that are studied here. The second one ("Supplementary Data S2.xls") includes the averaged monthly lake water quality data from 2006 to 2018 among all the studied lakes. The third one ("Supplementary Data S3.xls") includes the change rate of DO from 2006 to 2018 among all the studied lakes.
