we found that exogenous GA3 application can effectively promote flowering time and increase flowering rates. However, the precise mechanism of GA in regulating flowering in Paphiopedilum remains unclear.To explore the mechanism,the molecular mechanism was revealed by transcriptome profiling of flower developmental process and comparing the expression level of the important genes in flower development.
