To analyze the impact of AML derived-extracellular vesicles (EVs) on hematopoietic progenitor stem cell methylation (HPSCs), we used DNA isolated from primary CD34+ cells, purified from umbilical cordon blood, treated with EVs derived from AML cell line KG1. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 6 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation
