点突变小鼠资源库

点突变小鼠资源库的核心数据信息是人、小鼠和大鼠三个物种的基因针对各个转录本上不同的氨基酸位置发生突变所构建的点突变模型方案数据。方案数据内容包括基因和转录本的基本信息、所选的鼠品系信息、突变碱基位点信息、突变氨基酸位点信息以及构造该突变模型方案优选的gRNA和引物等信息。

The core dataset of the Point Mutation Mouse Resource Library consists of point mutation model scheme data developed for genes from three species including human, mouse and rat, where mutations are introduced at distinct amino acid positions on their respective transcripts. The scheme data includes basic information of genes and transcripts, information of selected mouse strains, details of mutated nucleotide positions and mutated amino acid positions, as well as information of preferred gRNAs and primers used for constructing this mutation model scheme and other relevant information.
