Detail for the different magnetic configurations, the energies of these magnetic configurations, the effects of conventional control methods (strain and magnetic moment rotation) on electronic band structures and topological properties, as well as the dynamic evolution of Type-II and Type-III electronic band structures and topological properties with varying light intensity. In terms of Floquet engineering, the selection criteria for photon energies under different schemes and the impact of right-handed CPL on the Sc3C6O6 system are provided in detail. Furthermore, through comparisons with previous work, the experimental feasibility and advantages of our study are discussed.
