Cut&Tag data analysis of TgSNF2L on the whole genome of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites [SNF2L Cut&Tag]

Transcriptomic analyses revealed the gene expression changes after SNF2L depletion. To see which of these differentially expressed genes are directly targeted by SNF2L, we used Cut&tag to assess the binding positions of SNF2L in the parasite’s genome. Cut&tag(Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) for TgSNF2L in Toxoplasma tachyzoites.
