RNA sequencing analysis of rat spinal cord tissue in Uninjury, 1-day, 3-day, 7-day post-spinal cord injury, and electroacupuncture intervention groups

To explore the effects of electroacupuncture during the acute phase of spinal cord injury, we performed RNA sequencing analysis on the Uninjury group, 1-day, 3-day, and 7-day post-spinal cord injury groups, as well as the corresponding electroacupuncture intervention groups at these time points.
