来源地为外省或本省外地市的人群统计，用于观察农民工的原籍地，更好的应对春运等农民工海量流动场景。

This dataset contains population statistics of individuals whose place of origin is either other provinces or other prefecture-level cities within the same province. It is designed to examine the hometown origins of migrant workers, so as to better address scenarios of large-scale migrant worker mobility such as the Spring Festival travel rush.
