Data and R code related to the submitted manuscrit entitled "In situ imagery unravels resources exploitation strategies among ant communities in a tropical agrosystem"

These files are related to a study where we investigated the coexistence strategies employed by ant species within a tropical agroecosystem, with a focus on the competitive interactions and resource exploitation strategies of 9 invasive ant species. Additionally, we integrated a new standardized methodology with the use of camera traps and a computer vision algorithm. Compared to traditional methods, this technique provided us with a large amount of data and enabled a continuous and non-invasive monitoring of resource acquisition during both day and night periods. Thus, our study offers new insights into the temporal dimensions of resource exploitation in ants.
