3um polystyrene bead & red blood cell & histological slide datasets

We shared a part of 3um polystyrene bead, red blood cell, and histological datasets used in the study "Deep learning based on parameterized physical forward model for adaptive holographic imaging with unpaired data".

3um polystyrene bead

- 300 ground truths

- 100 diffraction intensities for each distance (7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17mm)

red blood cell

- 600 ground truths

- 600 diffraction intensities for unknwon distance

histological slide

- 20 ground truths for each tissue type(1-20: duodenum, 21-40: stomach, body, 41-60: stomach, antrum)

- 20 diffraction intensities for each tissue type(1-20: small bowel, 21-40: appendix, 41-60: rectum, 61-80: colon)

The whole datasets are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
