IV PLGA effects on gut microbiota. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6

PLGA was injected by tail vein in C57BL/6 mice in order to determine whether IV administration could be having an effect on gut microbiota. This is of particular relevance due to its use in a wide range of formulations currently used in cancer treatments or vaccines, among others.
