We first address the birth of physical reality, showing how matter, mass, and classical spacetime arise as emergent outcomes of frame-constrained energy configurations, rather than as primitive entities. Building on recent proto-structural and chaos-filtering approaches to cosmology, we formalize the transition from unconstrained energy to stabilized matter through energetic, temporal, and configurational thresholds. The Higgs mechanism is interpreted within this framework as a normalization stage acting on already constrained energy, rather than as the origin of structure itself. A central result is the introduction of the De Giuseppe constant (K_D), which quantifies the minimal bound between energy and proper time required for irreversible physical evolution and stable matter formation. On this physical foundation, we then address the emergence of consciousness as a higher-order phenomenon. Consciousness is defined as a non-zero temporal derivative of information, sustained by irreversible electrical interactions within globally configured fermionic systems. Electrical currents are shown to be necessary—not as consciousness itself, but as the physical mechanism enabling irreversible informational evolution. A distinction is rigorously established between physical proper time and an emergent time of consciousness, which indexes sequential informational states and is not reducible to particle-level dynamics. This framework naturally accounts for consciousness in humans and non-human organisms, while excluding trivial mechanical systems. Death is treated not as instantaneous annihilation of information, but as the interruption of electrical flow and informational dynamics. Under strictly defined physical conditions—configuration preservation, causal continuity, and energy reinjection—partial or transient reactivation of informational evolution is shown to be theoretically possible, without violating quantum no-cloning or relativistic constraints. Taken together, De Giuseppe Paradox 22–23 provide a coherent, physically grounded chain linking energy → matter → time → electricity → information → consciousness. The results position the De Giuseppe Paradox Series as a continuous deductive program aimed at understanding the structure of reality and the emergence of subjective experience without metaphysical postulates, relying solely on logical consistency, mathematical structure, and physical constraints.
