Detailed reasons for exclusion of the 18 lineages are provided in Table A in S1 Text. 13 out of these 18 are cells that are not observed to divide over the full course of their observed trajectories. 65 single cell lineages proliferate to generate 275 cells at time of cisplatin administration. Out of these 275, 123 die while 52 divide with both daughters ending up dying, resulting in about 64% cell death.
