Dataset on reference specimens of medicinal plants collected under ORSTOM field works and conserved at the CNARP herbarium

This dataset concerns medicinal plant specimens collected under medicinal plants census program carried out by the medicinal plants section of the ORSTOM In between 1962 to 1972, the medicinal plants section of the ORSTOM carried out in Madagascar an intensive research and collected a large amount of plant specimens for reference. By the end of the program, these specimens were handed to CNARP as the national reference institution for medicinal plants at the end of the program.
