By conducting conventional transcriptomic analysis of hippocampal tissues from control and surgery groups of mice, we aimed to observe the impact of surgery on RNA expression in the hippocampus. This study seeks to identify potential genetic targets for the prevention and treatment of postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
