Entropy per Energy for the Lennard-Jones Cluster
收藏资源简介:
Data Description: Entropy per Energy for the Lennard-Jones Model This dataset presents the entropy per energy for the Lennard-Jones (LJ) cluster, obtained through Replica Exchange Wang-Landau simulations. The files are systematically named to provide clear information about their content. File Naming Convention Each file follows the logic: lng_LJ_N<number_of_particles>_rc<volume_radius>_r<run_number>.dat lng: Indicates that the file contains entropy data (specifically, the natural logarithm of the density of states, which is proportional to entropy). LJ: Refers to the simulated LJ cluster. rc: Radius of the spherical volume that the particles are constrained to. N<number_of_particles>: Specifies the cluster's number of particles. r<run_number>: Denotes the independent simulation run. Multiple runs with different pseudo-random number generator seeds were performed to enable robust error analysis. System Sizes and Data Format We investigated the following system sizes (N): 55 and 147, constrained to spheres of radius (rc): 3.5 and 4.0, in units of sigma (the LJ potential parameter chosen as the minimum of the potential to be located in r=1 sigma). Within each data file, the columns are organized as follows: First column: Energy Second column: Entropy (shifted by an unknown constant, i.e., S'=S−c) If you use this dataset in your research, please cite the article: https://link.aps.org/doi/10.1103/n6vd-ttx4
