Phenotype resolved regional overlap of atrial fibrillation and bradyarrhythmia association signals — analysis code and derived data

Analysis code and derived data accompanying an exploratory secondary analysis of public atrial fibrillation GWAS summary statistics and five bradyarrhythmia endpoints. The study covers 401 discovery regions, 37 overlapping regions, 370 regional cross-trait comparisons, 4,092 molecular screening records, full-cis candidate follow-up, and donor-based cardiac atlas summaries. Files include the curated Scientific_Analysis_Archive.zip, scientific analysis scripts (S1_Code.zip), publication figure replay and table checks (S2_Code.zip), complete result tables (S1_Data.zip–S10_Data.zip), original-source provenance (S1_File.zip), plotting inputs (S2_File.zip), README and SHA-256 checksums. Original public source datasets, approximately 50 GB, are not bundled and must be acquired from their recorded providers. The analyses are exploratory. Cohort overlap, unresolved multi-signal structure, reference-LD mismatch and limited donor numbers constrain interpretation. Numerical reproducibility does not establish independent clinical validation or a shared causal mechanism. Historical execution evidence is not relabeled as a new full-pipeline run on the deposit date. CC BY 4.0 applies to original author-created documentation and derived tables.
