A high-resolution dataset of planktonic and benthic foraminiferal abundance and stable carbon and oxygen isotopes (δ13C, δ18O) from the upper 10 cm of 12 MUC cores along two transects, spanning from ~100 to ~3500 m water depth offshore Cape Blanc, North Atlantic Ocean. Planktonic and benthic foraminiferal abundance data are in number of specimen (test)/sample, while δ13C, and δ18O data collected from shallow-dwelling Globigerinoides ruber, epibenthic Cibicidoides wuellerstorfi and inbenthic Uvigerina peregrina tests are expressed in ‰, VPDB.
