Mixed-stage wild-type and cellulase-null mutant Pristionchus pacificus specimens were raised and sustained through the use of decaying grubs as a food source. On the 7th and 21st day, the animals were collected for RNA extraction. RNA libraries were generated through the use of a polyA-tailed enrichment method.
