DAO: A New Reflection Model-Atomdata base and Compton scattering redistribution functions

This dataset comprises two archival files containing the atomic database and Compton scattering redistribution functions utilized by the DAO framework. Detailed Contents Atomic Database: The database covers hydrogen at densities $n_{\mathrm{H}} < 10^{18} \, \mathrm{cm}^{-3}$. The atomic parameters are consistent with those employed by the XSTAR photoionization package. Compton Scattering Redistribution Functions: These functions are tabulated over a grid of 500 energy bins. Gaussian Approximation: Derived following the formulation of Ross (1978). Exact Formulation: Computed using the numerical routines of García et al. (2020), which are based on the formalism of Madej (2017). Note: The output format of the original Javier et al. (2020) code has been adapted to ensure compatibility with the DAO framework. The modified source code for this generation process is located in the get_redistribution directory.
