Genomes of Lactobacillus delbrueckii strains that are commonly considered as probiotics and widely found in fermented food

The Lactobacillus delbrueckii strains in this project were sequenced, measured for their gut colonization capacity, and analyzed on their modulation on gut physiology and metabolism. The gut colonization molecular mechanisms of the species were also revealed in the context of evolution.
