资源简介:
1. This study used the intelligent feedback training system V4.0 from the Sports and Mental Health Laboratory of the School of Physical Education and Sports at XX University for data collection. The experimental equipment is based on electrocardiogram biofeedback sensors and biofeedback training software, which can dynamically display changes in physiological indicators such as electrocardiogram and heart rate variability (HRV). During the experiment, the researchers collected HRV related data from the subjects while they were in a resting state. The system has the following technical features: 1) using high-precision electrocardiogram sensors; 2) Equipped with real-time data visualization function; 3) Can generate detailed HRV analysis reports. 2. The experiment adopts a mixed experimental design of 2 (experimental group, control group) * 2 (pre-test, post test) to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness training. The specific method is to randomly divide the experimental subjects into two groups: mindfulness training intervention (experimental group) and no mindfulness training intervention (control group), with 10 participants in the experimental group and 10 participants in the control group, respectively. The mindfulness training will be conducted once a week for 8 weeks, with each session lasting 60-90 minutes. 3. The study used Excel and SPSS 25.0 software to input and analyze the collected data. Firstly, normality test is conducted on the data: Kolmogorov Smirnov test is used when the sample size is greater than 50, and Shapiro Wilk test is used when the sample size is less than or equal to 50; Subsequently, the homogeneity of variance was tested using Levene test. For continuous variables that follow a normal distribution and have homogeneity of variance (p>0.05), independent sample t-test is used for inter group difference analysis; For those who do not conform to normal distribution or homogeneity of variance (p<0.05), Mann Whitney U non parametric test will be used for statistical inference. The significance level is set to α=0.05.
