Analysis of the lncRNA 2610035D17rik interactions with other RNAs using RIP and RNAseq techniques.

The goal of our study was to assess whether the lncRNA 2610025D17rik regulates the function of other RNAs throguh its direct interaction. To carry-out this we performed the RIP techniques using probes that includes de full sequence of this lncRNA and sequence the final products by RNAseq. Overall design: Hippocampus from C57BL/6 male mice were isolated and the tissue was homogenized and incubated with biotenilated probes of sense and antisense sequenes of 2610035d17rik. After pull-down the complexes the RNA was isolated and send for sequencing.
