Bulk transcriptomic profiles of mouse testes in response to male environmental exposures in the young FVB background

This study includes raw data of testis RNA-seq profiles from treated (nABX & LPHS, with nABX: non-absorbable antibiotics LPHS: low-protein, high sugar diet) and control (CON) males of young (10-11 weeks) FVB background. Sequencing was done using 40bp paired-end reads on a NextSeq500 sequencer, obtaining an average of 25 million reads per sample.本研究包含来自10-11周龄FVB品系年轻雄性个体的睾丸RNA测序（RNA-seq）原始数据，这些个体分为处理组与对照组：处理组接受非吸收性抗生素（non-absorbable antibiotics，nABX）与低蛋白高糖饮食（low-protein, high sugar diet, LPHS）处理，对照组记为CON。测序在NextSeq500测序仪上进行，采用40bp双端读段，每个样本平均获得2500万条测序读段。
