Response of Photosynthetic Growth of Amorpha fruticosa and Reclaimed Soil Properties to Potassium Deficiency in Magnesite Mine

Following the nursery cultivation, the experimental A.fruticosa seedlings were transplanted into their respective pre-configured soil plots. The experiment spanned 90 days post-transplantation. Soil and root samples were collected for subsequent analysis at 60 days, a period coinciding with the plants' reproductive growth stage. The items to be measured include: Measurement of photosynthetic growth indicators of plants,Determination of soil physical and chemical properties and nutrient indicators, Determination of root exudates and soil microbial community components,Measurement of carbon metabolism enzyme activity.
