Arabidopsis thaliana IQD1 RNA-seq

To evaluate the molecular changes underlying the impact of <i>IQD1</i> expression on defense responses, we performed global gene expression analysis using RNA samples from WT and <i>iqd1-1</i> rosette leaves 48 hours after <i>B. cinerea</i> or mock inoculation.
