资源简介:
Exposure to cigarette smoke induces the angiogenic activation of the endothelial cells in the cancer field by selective degradation of mature microRNA-1. This change can be detected in the lungs of non-small cell lung cancer patients and correlates with their smoking burden. Overall design: We collected tumor (T) and lung tissue adjacent to tumor (AT) from NSCLC patients (6 smokers and 3 non-smokers). We first performed a multi-step comparative transcriptome analysis on those tissue samples and compared the expression of genes between the T and AT samples in smokers and non-smokers.
