This dataset contains the curated nanopore raw signal data in BLOW5 format used to benchmark Hardware Accelerated Read Until (HARU). This dataset was created by using the publicly available datasets: SARS-CoV-2 SP1 (1.382M reads) and NA12878 PromethION subset (500,000 reads).
