Cedrus pollen LM and SEM photos

High resolution photographs of Cedrus atlantica and Cedrus deodara pollen grains. Photographs are contained in zipped folders. They are the original and unedited .tif files. The photographed pollen were collected from Cedrus atlantica and Cedrus deodara trees. "Untreated" pollen have had no chemical treatment. "Treated" pollen were subject to acetolysis treatment. Light microscope (LM) photos were taken at either 400 or 630X optical zoom (indicated by the file name). Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) photo information is available on the photo.
