Draft Genome Sequence of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizosphere-Associated Bacteria

Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) are soil microorganisms which may stimulate growth and development of the host plants when attached to their root system.The present study provides WGS sequences of gram positive bacteria with known stimulating and protective properties. In some cases the biosynthesis of cyclic lipopeptide and polyketide antibiotics and system plant resistance stimulating secondary metabolites was confirmed.
