Provided is sheet production apparatus capable of preventing deposits from being wound around a roller. The sheet production apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a deposition part that deposits a material containing a fiber and a resin; and a humidification part that humidifies the deposits deposited by the deposition part. The humidification part includes a first airflow generation part that generates airflow flowing through the deposits in the direction intersecting a support surface supporting the deposits， and supplies droplets or high humidity gas to the deposits by means of the airflow generated by the first airflow generation part. Provided is sheet production apparatus capable of preventing deposits from being wound around a roller. The sheet production apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a deposition part that deposits a material containing a fiber and a resin; and a humidification part that humidifies the deposits deposited by the deposition part. The humidification part includes a first airflow generation part that generates airflow flowing through the deposits in the direction intersecting a support surface supporting the deposits， and supplies droplets or high humidity gas to the deposits by means of the airflow generated by the first airflow generation part.
