DNA methylation markers in peripheral blood as effective diagnostic biomarkers for adult-onset Still’s disease

Genome-wide DNA methylation was analyzed to screen for differentially methylated CpG sites in the discovery phase to explore the role of DNA methylation CpG markers in the diagnosis of adult onset still's disease. DNA methylation array was used to screen for differentially methylated CpG sites in 50 patients with adult onset still's disease, 24 patients with T cell lymphoma, 24 patients with sepsis, 24 patients with drug eruption and 50 healthy controls.
