T3.2 Food waste flows and stocks from households and SMEs to waste treatment plants in AMA using municipal waste collection system

The collection of files describe the flows between the households and SMEs that use municipal waste collection system, grouped by districts (nl. wijk) and the respective waste treatment plants. Prefix GFT stands for separately collected organic waste (nl. Groente-, fruit- en tuinafval), RES stands for organic waste collected as part of the Residual Waste. Public waste composting facilities are regarded as stocks. Additional files that explain how the model has been generated are provided in a separate folder and described in detail in "D3.3 Process model for the two pilot cases: Amsterdam, the Netherlands &amp; Naples, Italy"<br>

本文件集描述了使用城市垃圾收集系统的家庭与中小型企业（SMEs）之间的物料流，并按街区（荷兰语：wijk，即社区街区）及对应的垃圾处理厂进行分组。前缀GFT代表分别收集的有机垃圾（荷兰语：Groente-, fruit- en tuinafval），RES则代表作为残余垃圾一部分收集的有机垃圾。公共垃圾堆肥设施被视为物料存量节点。另有阐释该模型构建方法的补充文件存放于单独文件夹中，并已在《D3.3 两个试点案例的过程模型：荷兰阿姆斯特丹与意大利那不勒斯》中进行详细说明。
